Chef Raul Cob is born and raised in Valencia, Spain where the Paella dish is originary.
Internationally recognized as a Paella Master Chef by wikipaella.org, an organization dedicated to the recognition and promotion of authentic paella, awarded as a Paella Chef of the year 2015 for being the one that has most helped the international knowledge and recognition of authentic paella around the world.
Also has been officially recognized within Aventura restaurant located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, as one of just two restaurants in USA as an authentic purveyor of Paella.
ONLINE COOKING CLASSES
Class Time: 2 – 2 1/2/ Hours
Skill Level: Intermediate
The class will be held in your home kitchen through videoconferencing using Skype or similar.
The ingredients and required equipment list will be provided by the chef in advance from Spain, even helping to obtain you to obtain it in your local market via skype, facetime or similar.
